What stays in your browser

Your language and town are kept in two cookies (see "Cookies"). Saved events live in the browser's storage (localStorage) and are not sent anywhere, except event numbers when the site shows their cards.

What the server receives

Like any website, the server sees your IP address and browser type; these records protect the site from abuse and are kept briefly.

The "Add an event", "Remove content", "Write to us" and "Report a mistake" forms send what you type, including a contact if you leave one. The contact is used only to reply and is never published; event details become public once checked.

Who else processes data

The text or link you paste into the form for autofill is processed by Anthropic's Claude model, only to pick out the event fields.

Maps on event pages load from OpenStreetMap. The Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze buttons open those services only when you tap them.

Telegram bot

The bot keeps your Telegram id, username and digest settings in order to send them. /stop ends all messages; to delete your data completely, ask in the bot.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write through the form on the "Contact" page or to @plansradarbot on Telegram — we reply within 30 days.
